Getting the article export request URL from frontend as https://cms-chat-teal-break.int.myfreshworks.dev/crm/messaging/app/cms/api/v_/cms/undifined/articles/export should be https://cms-chat-teal-break.int.myfreshworks.dev/crm/messaging/app/cms/api/v_/cms/solutions/articles/export
